* Adheres to established timelines, guidelines, and procedures to deliver quality solutions that meet Company and departmental standards, in addition to customer requirements. * Adheres to ASR policies, procedures and design documentation.- Creates and maintains documentation for internal support teams, backlogs, and programming changes.- Stays current with the latest industry technologies, trends, and issues. * Assists with Administration of other applications on the iSeries platform- Performs problem isolation, definition, resolution and follow-up for customer problems.- Other duties may be assigned.
