This opportunity requires someone with Backup Application experience with a very strong customer service background. Proven client --facing success and a strong emphasis on careful listening and support to clients' needs are a requirement. This role is critical to the continued rapid growth of the company. This is a collaborative, team-oriented environment where everyone has a voice, and the opportunity for growth is very strong. In addition, this company has experienced double-digit growth over the last 2 yrs, when most other companies are shrinking, this company is growing, looking for the best and the brightest Skills that would be ideal include backup products like Symantec BUE & NBU and EMC Legato Networker. Superior communication skills a must, such as work as an Account Manager/Executive within a Professional services company .
