Im currently recruiting for a global leader in medical devices, orthopaedic implants, and spine surgery innovation. We are seeking a Sourcing Compliance Senior Specialist. This person will be responsible for creating and updating procedures to improve and assure compliance with Regulatory/Quality, Financial, Legal, and Corporate Compliance qualifications for Sourcing. They will also be responsible for representing Sourcing with various internal and external audits. I am seeking someone who has at least a 4 yr degree in Business or related position, plus at least 5 yrs of advanced sourcing background. The perfect candidate will have background with QSR 21 CFR 820. Medical device or pharmaceutical background will be highly preferred, although automotive or aerospace background may be considered. A CPM and/or 6 Sigma Green or Black Belt would be a plus as well. My client has won awards for innovation and creativity, while out producing their competition.
