Augusoft has an immediate opening for a Software & Training Support Specialist. Augusoft is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to join our customer support team to provide implementation consultation and training, engaging learners with varying skill levels. This person will also provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting and analyzing issues and solutions. This position requires an outgoing, confident individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills and advanced computer skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to provide an excellent, 100% customer service focused experience to customers with every interaction, this is the job for you. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter, who has a passion for excellence and values integrity, innovation and success.Responsibilities: * Develop an extensive working knowledge of the Lumens product suite. * Provide software application training using a variety of delivery methods including web-based and on-site training * Coordinate new customer implementations, providing effective training to maximize use of the software * Develop training materials for Lumens implementation * Participate with Augusoft development staff in testing new releases of the product * Develop working relationship with Augusoft Sales & Marketing staff to utilize product knowledge and customer relationships in support of sales efforts * Develop self-help resources for customers (ie: QRA, recorded trainings, Lumens Lite trainings, upgrade trainings, site reviews) Requirements / Experience / Skills:* Associates Degree plus 2 years of software training experience; or four years of software training experience * Experience delivering web-based training is highly preferred * Ability to anticipate areas of difficulty and/or questions and quickly adapt training to meet the needs of students * Ability to communicate professionally by phone and email * Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with customers and coworkers * Ability to effectively communicate technical information in non-technical terms * Ability to effectively organize and maintain customer data * Analytical and troubleshooting skills * Ability to manage long-term projects to successful completion * Advanced knowledge of Internet Explorer and using web-based applications * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products -- Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint * Occasional travel may be required To see more or to apply, please go to http://www.minnesotatechjobs.com/display-job/48894/Software-Training-Specialist.html
