Responsible for reporting and meeting financial and business metrics related to these specific scopes; ensure projects are completed on time and to the client''s satisfaction. Assists in staffing and providing adequate support for SA scopes required, outlining project plans, setting project goals/deadlines. Generally manages multiple site (hundreds) within a specific project plan. Personally responsible for putting together the SA deployment plan related to timelines for getting sites through Zoning and Permitting. Allocates sites to internal staff and SA Vendors identified to provide services. Directly responsible for performance of all SA scopes and timelines. Personally manages all stages of SA from Search Ring identification to Construction Start. Provides updated and detailed reports to Market Manager and Customer.This job necessitates a bachelor''s degree with at least 6-8yrs of management level background in the telecommunication and/or Site Acquisition field. PMP Certification is a plus. Comprehensive knowledge with a variety of the business concepts, practices and procedures is a must. Relies on extensive background with judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.Bachelors Degree in a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work background.Has in depth knowledge of local market and local Jurisdictional practices and qualifications for submitting applications for Zoning, ROW and Permitting. Understands the timelines related to these practices and can provide an accurate forecast of the same. General knowledge of and expertise to review Construction and Zoning Drawings, implement SA SOW''s, negotiate with Site Acquisition Vendors related to scope, pricing and build plan. In depth knowledge of Wireless processes and deployment of Microwave, Fiber, UMTS, 3G, LTE, Wimax and other platforms is critical. Has background working with Tower Owners and is familiar with processing MLA(s) and SLA(s). Must have an in depth knowledge of Business financials and the impact of Cost, Quality and Schedule as well as proficient at monitoring P&L to ensure the project is profitable, must be familiar with current accounting practices.8-ten years of related real estate acquisition background.The Adecco Group is a Fortune Global 500 company and the global leader in HR services.
