Client in the NW Houston area is looking for a Shipping/Receiving - HD Forklift Operator. The following qualifications are preferred unless otherwise noted: -2 to 3 Shipping & Receiving Experience - REQUIRED -At least 3 years experience using forklifts rated at lifting some items weighing in excess of 30k-50K pounds - REQUIRED -2 to 3 years strong customer service background, with experience in Logistics - REQUIRED -Ideal candidate will have a Pro-Active problem solving attitude in the logistics environment -Must have very good communication skills -Be willing to positively handle customer service issues -Must be able to effectively handle answering the phones, doing call-backs, follow-ups, scheduling appointments, data entry, filing & organizing -Needs to have basic computer and typing skills (willing to learn their software system) -Must have experience with coding and scanning -Pay is from $12 to $16/hr (DOE), temp to perm * Read, Write & Speak English * Clean Background REQUIRED * Must pass drug screen and be US Work Eligible (will verify) * Must be open to working weekends, extended hours, overtime Interested candidates should forward their resume to Ashley via email at Ashley@vip-staffing .com, or apply in person at our office: VIP Staffing - 10575 Katy FWY, Suite 290, Houston, TX 77024
