Senior Technology Transformation Strategist Long Term Contract NYC/NJTop Investment Bank is looking for a Senior Technology Transformation Strategist with experience in developing and delivering strategies around information management, business analytics, data architecture, and performance management and information architecture. The ideal candidate should have worked both with business and IT in developing enterprise solutions in financial services.You will have business insight, significant technical understanding and an ability to identify technical capabilities/solutions that move the needle on revenue and customer satisfaction. This role combines a great instinct for identifying the right technical capabilities with driving cross-functional teams to execute. You will be able to both strategize with senior leaders and work across the team with business managers, product managers and developers to rollout world-class business solutions. You will be self-motivated and able to act with a high level of independence.You will have driven large-scale transformations in performance and capability through the use of technologyResponsibilities• 10+ years of experience working as a Management Consultant• 10+ years relevant work experience in driving business and technology strategy for large organizations• 5+ years work experience implementing technology projects• Provide leadership in support of projects that span technical, process or organizational integration• Provide specific recommendations on a variety of topics including business and process improvement, IT strategy, software selection, organizational design, and governance changes for multiple solution types• Support the identification, development, and closure of sales efforts in support of an identified sales target• Provide strategy and transformation guidance, strategies, and best practices• Drive vision of technology and business integration• Help develop innovative, fact-based and achievable IT strategies and operating models to enable business strategies• Understanding of leading practices, performance drivers and typical issues across a broad set of IT capability and performance topics, with deeper skills and experiences in several including: IT strategy and business alignment, IT governance, IT management, solution development practices, service management practices, enterprise architecture, sourcing, infrastructure and emerging technologies• Develop and sustain trust-based relationships with Directors, VPs and C-level executives• Influence the executive agenda and drive stakeholder consensus around transformational agenda• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities. • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills • Experience driving large-scale cross-functional change in organizations.• Accomplished executive business development track record and demonstrated leadership capabilities and enthusiasmBA/BS College Degree Required Prefer Locals
