The clients brand is recognized and valued by consumers and customers nationwide and internationally seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager / Central California! Responsibilities: The individual will administer and facilitate the training and education of the companys food operations with respect to the quality and food safety expectations in the Client Companys Quality Management System. This quality management system will provide effective and longterm resolution (food safety, product quality and regulatory hazards (FDA, USDA and CDA)) to successful business performance. Monitor compliance to accepted standards from receipt of raw ingredients to shipments of finished products. Ensure all quality-auditing functions are being conducted on a daily basis. Provide leadership and guidance for plant-wide management regarding process/product improvements including key input regarding ingredients and solids yields. Provide HACCP and GMP training for all employees. Work together and interacts effectively with production personnel to assist in producing quality products that meet regulatory and customers.
