And, you also know how to demonstrate your knowledge to CEO’s in a way that immediately earns their confidence.As a New Business Development professional for our client, you will be selling a suite of Human Resource services to mid-sized organizations. Focus is to target Company Presidents, CFO’s and HR Directors to convert prospects into clients. And, because everything our client offers can be virtually custom-designed, you'll be able to devise solutions that companies simply cannot refuse with this top-down consultative sales approach. In this role you'll need the ability to understand and simplify complex challenges and construct solutions with our client’s wide array of robust deliverables. You'll be developing the kind of close, consultative relationships with senior executives where they'll see you as their confidant. Our client will provide all the support and resources you'll need to succeed, plus the flexibility and elbow room you crave to most effectively turn your insights and capabilities into profits and real career growth. Requirements:• Proven success in a quota driven sales position• Bachelor’s Degree • Aggressive hunting skills to sell their world-class line of products in an assigned territory. • Must have excellent prospecting, presentation, and selling skills • Ability to succeed in a competitive environment • Corporate-level selling experience • The ability to achieve quota • Professionalism and business savvy • A team player attitude, strong work ethic, resiliency and high energyTraining• Award winning initial and on- going training • 6 week long training program • Mentored by senior-level sales professionalIndustry-leading Compensation and Benefits Package:• Base: $40,000-$47,000 range plus uncapped commissions• Training Subsidy of $1,050.00 per biweekly pay period for the first 13 pay periods for a total of 6 months• Average Total Compensation Year One: $75,000-$90,000+• Average Total Compensation Year Two: $100,000+• Expense account• Car reimbursement• Cell reimbursement• Laptop• Full Medical, Dental, and Vision from day one of employment• 401k and Pension • Stock Options• Significant room for growth and career advancement• Outstanding performers who achieve 115% of quota will be awarded with the annual President's Club qualification.Don't have an updated resume or want more information on the job?
