Description:

DESCRIPTION - Functioning as a SME, the individual in Core engineering will be responsible for the following: • Architecture requirement of Client’s next generation LTE/EGAL core, IMS core, IP Transport, and network security • Proposing detailed physical and logical architecture to support multiple ongoing business development being considered; • Network design specification development of Client’s IMS, IP core, interfaces with roaming partner, integration between satellite access and terrestrial access. • Development of vendor and technology selection criteria to effectively implement Client’s core and transport network with cost efficiency and performance assurance • Leading the efforts to design Client and third party interconnection and peering architectures and design specifications; • Some effort on testing and integrating IMS and IP core as well as transport with RAN, backhaul and application enablement systems; • Establishment of IMS and IP core network roadmaps in conjunction with business model extension, production evolution and vendor technology enhancement; • Setting best practices for effective intra-, inter-organization communications and support; • Develop budget qualifications to assure smooth implementations while meeting budget goals.
