•Working with outside auditors to ensure the company’s compliance with GAAP •Managing the timely completion and reporting of month, quarterly and year-end financial reporting •Working with inside staff and auditors to ensure company’s timely SEC reporting requirements and compliance with SOX •Big 4 or other public accounting experience at a mid to large sized firm •Requires SEC experience •CPA preferred •M&A experience A+ •Outgoing, strong communication, personable •Prefer 3+ years but will not take anyone with more than 6 (probably wouldn’t be in the salary range anyway)
