Seeking Applicants with their Series seven License for a great Customer Service Opportunity! This is a full time direct hire position located in Clifton Park. The Customer Service Representative will work directly with the Brokers and will provide customer service to the firms clients as well as provide administrative support to the internal team. This is a great position for applicants who have worked in an administrative or customer service capacity within the Investment industry. Our client will also consider applicants with background in the Insurance and Banking industries. Qualifications - Applicants must have their Series seven License to be considered - Proficiency in Word, Ms excel and Outlook - Previous administrative or customer service background in an Investment Firm, Insurance Company or Financial Services Organization/Bank - Ability to follow directions and adapt to set processes - Professional demeanor with a sense of maturity - Pleasant and friendly with the ability to fit into a team and add to the culture - Strong communication expertise *Our client is located in Clifton Park but this role may require working in the Glens Falls office occasionally.
