As a Scientist III, you will manage projects; conduct chemical and physical analyses in support of the development of a manufacturable multisource pharmaceutical product that is bioequivalent; coordinate and provide analytical support for the release of registration materials in support of ANDA/NDA filings; develop analytical methodologies and conduct validation of analytical methodology. Responsibilities: * Take the analytical lead on the assigned projects, identifying and performing the required analytical tasks for development, registration, filings and responses to deficiencies and other testing. Coordinate internal and external analytical resources ensuring that the project timelines are met. Participate in cross**functional teams. * Check analytical data generated by peers, and mentors/provides guidance to less experienced staff members. * Identify potential analytical issues and prepares/implement contingency plans to overcome them. Trouble shoot technical/instrument problems during analytical and formulation development and help less experienced staff members in their trouble shooting activities * Mentor junior scientists, peers and technicians on instrumentation, processes, analytical method development and validation. * Prepare and review relevant DPs, SOPS, guidances, protocols and reports to support laboratory GMP functions in compliance with FDA/regulatory guidances. *Actively participate in process changes (computer, processes, procedures,...), and work to improve and refine current systems. *Perform analytical tasks in compliance with cGMPs, cGLPs, FDA, ICH guidelines, and SOPs to support regulatory submissions. Maintain laboratory cleanliness *Communicate with peers, inter and intradepartmental project team, laboratory management, internal and external customers about status of projects. * Coordinate and participate in technology transfer of analytical methods to internal customers.Listing originally posted at http://www.jobspider.com/job/view-job-3117854.html
