RESPONSIBILITIESGenerating salesFollowing the sales process and handling sales department administrative duties in a high volume environment.Administrative duties include: Data input, Completion of banquet event orders, Correspondence, Generating large party contracts, And maintaining customer and contact management databases.REQUIRED SKILLSBe flexible.Be flexibleGood writing, editing, proofreading and spelling skillsProficient in MS Office ,Word, Outlook, and Excel are required.Take direction and work independently in a busy environment.Be effective and efficient with verbal and written communication.Provide exceptional service. Follow-through with the ability to change focus quickly.Promote company values and goals.Some college and a minimum of 9 months administrative experience preferred.
