Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Government Contractor seeks RTCH Mechanic for Deployment to Kuwait.Skills: Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor the incumbent serves as a MHE/RTCH mechanic performing the full range of repair and service on all MHE and RTCH equipment, to include Kalmar, TEREX, and Linde. The incumbent must be able to read and interpret electrical schematics, have a strong knowledge in trouble shooting techniques and a working knowledge of electrical test equipment and hydraulic test equipment and gauges. Must have the working knowledge to service all hydraulic components to include axle assemblies and lift cylinders. Must have the following knowledge on RTCH equipment in trouble shooting. Composite Can/Bus networks, top handler gear motors; brake and steering accumulators; parking brakes and bogie wheel assemblies; cab tracks and locking bars; top handler; pinion and ring gear. Performs other duties that are assigned.Requirements:• Requires OEM certification as mechanic for the heaviest classification of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including 50-ton lift capacity container handler’s capable of lifting, transporting and stacking 20-40 foot length cargo containers, including Linde, Terex, and Kalmar models, with specialized experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics, and performing services and repairs to complex hydraulic and electrical systems, and component parts.• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.• Must be able to acquire and maintain a government security clearance, if required.• Must be US citizen and able to obtain a US Passport.• Must be able to complete all medical requirements prior to proceeding to CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) processing.• Prefer High School diploma or general education degree (GED).• Position requires a minimum of four years of work experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic with the proven ability to diagnose mechanical problems and make repairs.• Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively during a 60 hour work week.• Must be able to lift 25 Lbs. Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
