We area casual dining chain with over twenty locations in New England looking for an energetic and experienced Restaurant Floor/Front Manager to join their team! Manager Duties: The Front of the House Manager is responsible for insuring excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training of staff, positive and committed “Do Whatever It Takes" attitude. Hands on and lead by example management style. Responsible for scheduling and meeting or beating budgeted labor and other cost centers. We hire experienced and motivated individuals; train them in our systems, style and culture to prepare them for continued growth and leadership opportunities. Salary: aggressive pay plan. Benefits: Great health and dental, 401-K with match, paid vacation, dining program and more.Start Date: Immediate.Full-time: Yes.Year Round: Yes.Qualifications Must have 2+ years of a successfully managing in service restaurants.
