Description:
Bronx-based Property Management company is looking for a bi-lingual (English/Spanish) leasing agent with at least 2 years experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credits and regular market rate properties. Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, marketing and leasing vacancies to qualified applicants; ensuring compliance with overseeing agencies; and periodic follow-up including basic tenant relations and lease renewals. Applicant must be able to perform LIHTC income calculations, and have a working knowledge of all relevant laws and regulations, including Rent Stabilization and Fair Housing. Experience working with NYC HDC, HPD, HPD HOME program, Section 8 (NYCHA, HPD, and DHCR), P.A., is a plus.Medical/Dental/401-K Benefits.Interested candidates MUST meet the above requirements; others need not apply.
