INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT POSITIONS Job Reference ID Code: RCJPSheather This is an independent contractor position and you will be working from home 100%, with no commute. Available Position Types Roadside Assistance Informercials on Home Shopping Networks Cell phone insurance enrollments Hotel Reservations Telephone Verifications Quality Control Call Monitoring and much more! Compensation: Compensation is based on the degree of difficulty of each project. The average pay incentives are between $10.00 - $30.00 per hr. depending on the client position that you are hired for through our job network program by our client referrals. Hours Qualifications: You must be available Monday through Saturday and expect to work a min of twenty - 40 hours per week. We are seeking individuals who can evaluate customer service representatives performance. Must have a PC, high-speed internet access, Microsoft word, Adobe Reader, good written correspondence skills, and long distance phone service on a land-line. Training is provided. Experience check check is required by the contractor - We only check felony convictions from the past 5yrs, not a credit check.
