Description:
RECRUITER/HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST to $70K HR Generalist with an emphasis in recruiting, including temporary staff along with on-boarding and off-boarding processes. Person should have the ability to multi-task and re-prioritize tasks on desk in a fast pace environment. This position will work directly with senior management, department heads and hiring managers; research and develop training modules, and organize; training sessions and assist with benefit administration. Must have experience preparing staffing reports and compensation surveys, HRIS reporting, Ceridian and database maintenance. Work with HR Manager to determine recruiting strategy, Pre- screen resumes, meet with managers to evaluate candidate qualifications, coordinate the interview process: schedule interviews, book conference room, meet-and-greet candidates, ensure candidate has all application info and directions prior to interview, update and manage resume database timely via Ceridian Solutions, maintain applicant files, conduct background checks, conduct and evaluate applicantÂ’s tests, develop training modules/aids, organize and participate in training sessions, conduct on- boarding and off-boarding, prepares welcome announcements, alerts appropriate staff of set-up request for new hires and terminations, follow-up activities, send correspondence in response to incoming resumes, maintain relationships with employment agencies and other recruiters, negotiates placement charges with employment vendors, prepares monthly staffing report, maintains applicant tracking system via Ceridian Solutions, provide HR support when required and undertake projects as directed by HR Manager and assist with managing compliances.
