Receptionist - Nashville Airport Area:Regional professional services firm seeks experienced experienced receptionist to manage front office and provide administrative support. - Using Microsoft Office, will handle document management. - Will enter data and manage database edits.- Will answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors. - Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, including parcel shipment pickups by UPS & FedEx. - Order, manage and distribute office supplies and forms. - Maintain calendars of conference room bookings, as well as other meeting and appointment schedules. - Assist with other clerical duties including faxing, filing, copying, etc. This is a Temp-to-Hire position (NOT Temp).Requirements: Prior receptionist experience. Compensation: $18.00 per hourBenefits: Company offers outstanding benefits package. Located in beautiful new office building.
