Nestseekers International is offering internship opportunities to motivated candidates.
We seek intelligent, articulate and ambitious individuals who want to learn all aspects of the Real Estate industry.
These positions will reward energetic, persuasive, & motivated candidates; who are eager to work side by side with Real Estate Brokers/Agents.
Nest Seekers International is part of a family of real estate firms specializing in Sales, Rentals, Corporate Housing, Construction and Development.
Our office is located at 55 Christopher St in the heart of Greenwich Village.
If selected, the learning experience will help you develop your business skills with potential to generate a part-time income.
Interns will he expected to provide marketing support and coordinate a variety of administrative functions to maximize office efficiency.
Candidates must be able to work independently, identify and solve problems while proactively improving marketing support processes.
There will be daily administrative duties, but the candidate will have the opportunity to learn new skills, handle projects, and progress to licensure if they would like to pursue a career in real estate.

• Business Development
• Internet Advertising
• Comparative Market Analysis
• Mailings
• Special Projects
• Manage Phone Inquiries
• Marketing
• Floor Plan Drafting
• Event Planning
• Apartment Showings/Open Houses
• Property Staging
• Other duties as needed
