Hello! We are looking for a full-time buyer's agent that can help build and manage a highly successful real estate team. This candidate would be responsible for recruiting and would make a residual income based on the production of others. We are looking for a leader who can motivate other agents and build a team. We have all the leads the team can handle. This position requires providing and receiving coaching and will be oriented around a fast paced team player environment. We have a full time administrative assistant to process all paperwork. Our goal is to keep you making money and not doing the small things. No office bills.
