I am a very busy real estate agent with one of the top national brands and am In need of a part-time administrative assistant to help grow my business. Must have real estate industry experience! Responsibilities will include: ~ Manage Online Marketing ~ Prepare Agreements of Sale ~ Manage Contract-to-Close (if you don't know what this means, please do not apply) ~ Excellent phone manners ~ Great computer skills - familiarity with Trend MLS, Trulia, Zillow and CRM software is a must ~ If you currently hold a New Jersey real estate license, I welcome your inquiry Ideal candidate will have Real Estate sales office experience and live in (or very close to Cherry Hill). Must have your own computer and be able to work at Cherry Hill office. This position will start at 4-5 hours per day, 4-5 days per week.
