Publicity and Project Management company has current openings for its 3-month PR Internship Program. Please see attached images of Trea Day Interns and Clients in action or visit http://www.treadaypr.tumblr.com.We seek positive, aspiring professionals with strong interest and expertise in Public Relations and/or Marketing to add to our professional Publicity, Business and Marketing Teams.The perfect applicant will desire to work with and learn from experienced entertainment industry professionals during an aggressive 3 mnth training program. He or she will be able to commit to 15-20 hours a week to the internship.Over the years, we have selected from our intern pool, standout applicants to join our team to be evaluated and considered for a paid position once the internship is completed, therefore all projects will be treated as if you were our employee! Who are we looking for?The ideal intern will be open-minded, aggressive, resourceful, organized and willing to LEARN! These entry level professionals or students will understand the importance of learning in a hands-on environment from the country’s top PR, marketing and entertainmentindustry professionals!He or she will desire to understand the components of basic publicity campaigns, event planning and/or marketing plans. They must demonstrate the expertise to RESEARCH and write basic business correspondence. All interns will build their portfolios and create bona fide work samples that may be used in actual campaign programs. This proactive troubleshooter, solution oriented and client-focused professional will function effectively in an office environment, from remote locations and possibly on the road.This is a real, hands-on, interactive position with actual project work. Real tasks, real assignments, real training with a real publicist!Strong preference will be given to applicants who have the following abilities and/or willing to learn the following:Professional PR WritingCreating Media/Publicity CampaignsOn-line MarketingExecuting exposure functionsArranging Media Events (press conferences, release parties)Client researchMedia List BuildingOn-Site Publicity RepresentationSocial Networking PRDeveloping Press Tools (Press Kits, EPKS, etc)Meeting strict deadlinesMaintaining expense reportsExpertise to multitaskEffective and regular reportingPleasant and articulate phone mannerClient errandsCOMPENSATION:This is an unpaid internship that offers a wealth of background, knowledge, and networking opportunities.
