Want to be part of the action this summer at Target Field?Marsden is now hiring for Supervisors at Target Field for the 2013 Minnesota Twins baseball season. Supervisors will work closely with Managers to oversee, supervise and direct crews of up to 75 people performing general cleaning, restroom cleaning, stadium arena cleaning and pressure washing at Target Field. Good candidates will possess great leadership skills and must be comfortable working around people and directing large groups. Your ability to direct, motivate, and train janitorial staff is a key asset to this position.Job Duties: Communicate with customers and vendors in person, via telephone and email. Conduct inspections, document information and follow up any deficient cleaning items with appropriate staff. Prepare and update job descriptions for Target Field cleaning crew and team members. Train staff using various guides and materials. Prepare shift schedules and plan for events. All Marsden team members at Target Field are responsible for cleaning sidewalks, restrooms, walkways and other assigned areas of the stadium, etc.Qualifications: 2+ years of management or supervisory experience is required. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and ability to learn short skills in a short amount of time. Pass a criminal history background check, and must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs. Experience with carpet/floor care and general cleaning is preferred. Must be available to work all Twins home games and able to work an open and flexible schedule including days, nights and weekend shifts. Good time management and organizational skills; computer skills (Microsoft Office). Attention to detail and commitment to the Marsden team.These are part time seasonal positions with opportunities for advancement to permanent full time Account Manager positions.
