High Ridge Surveyors, is expanding in your area and is looking for independent contractors to perform year round work.What We Offer: Competitive Pay Structure: We offer the most competitive and lucrative fee schedules on the market. You will earn the most money per survey that you can possibly earn.Consistent Pay: Pay Periods run from Saturday through Thursday every week. Checks are cut every Friday on cases that have passed Quality Review. You will be paid as a contractor and receive a 1099 tax document every year.The Most Volume: High Ridge Surveyors is constantly expanding our business and branching out into new markets, such as commercial surveys, condition checks, and farm surveys. We are ever increasing our client base, which means more volume for you, the surveyor.Ongoing Training: We offer the best, most comprehensive training program in the industry for our independently contracted surveyors. We work closely with our contracted company and schedule weekly training classes in different areas. Classes include; Identifying Roof Hazards, Sketching, etc. By attending these classes, surveyors can improve and hone their skills to become more efficient and knowledgeable. We schedule several daily Help Desks where surveyors can login and review cases that they are having trouble with and get help directly from the Training DepartmentWhat We Expect: Great Time ServiceProfessional attitude and appearance when performing surveysConsistent communication on case statusResponsibilities include: Taking digital photos of residential properties. Documenting hazards or conditions on the property. Determining the type of building materials. Measuring and diagramming the property.Specific requirements for the contract include: Inspection, construction, and real estate experience is advantageous but not required.Ability to pass a criminal and vehicle background check and drug screeningGPS Digital Camera and MonopodCell phonePC with High Speed Internet AccessMapping software or GPSMeasuring WheelDependable Vehicle in good conditionWe are looking to hire in early September.
