PROPERTY COORDINATOR $50K plus Property Coordinator needed to assist the Asset Manager on a day to day basis with all aspects of property management. Must be self-motivated, posses excellent phone etiquette, highly professional, organized, understanding of office procedures, typing 60wpm, excellent spelling and grammar, computer literate; Word & Excel and good math skills are essential. General responsibilities are to maintain tenant vendor contact, organize file system, answer tenant calls, process work orders through AMMS, track daily work orders, handle all billing request and lease change notices, maintain building lock and key records, maintain insurance binders for tenants and vendors, update floor plates for all buildings, assist with property walks, assist coordinating all tenant and property events, coordinate signage program, prepare and distribute all tenant memos, prepare move-in packages, prepare tenant manuals and will be responsible for weekly vendor invoice routing/approval process. three to 5yrs working in a professional office environment and a min of 3yrs working in a commercial real estate environment preferred.
