Kelly Services in Arvada is currently recruiting for an Advertising Proofreader. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 yrs of experience copy editing and proofing copy for an agency or marketing/advertising department. Job RequirementsQualifications:• 2+ years of experience proofreading advertisements, coupons, web sites, or marketing materials for words and layout, packaging experience a plus.• Knowledge of standard proofreaders’ marks• Experience using Microsoft review functions and marking up Acrobat documents on screen• Excellent English skills, including spelling, grammar, punctuation and usage• A sharp eye for comparing numbers and/or source material• Ability to handle multiple projects with changing priorities in a deadline driven environment• A flexible schedule with the ability to work late or weekends as needed• Promptness and dependability• Solid people skills, and the ability to work collaboratively or independently, as needed• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), Adobe Acrobat Professional for Mac.
