Description:
Estenda is looking for a highly motivated and skilled mid-level project manager to oversee numerous software development initiatives and assist in running internal operations. The right individual possesses a results oriented, proactive management approach that focuses on getting the right job done on time and budget.Responsibilities- Software development management including project planning, resource scheduling and coordination for multiple concurrent projects- Work with business analysts and implementation team to facilitate project delivery- Develop and maintain project plans, project status and risk reports.- Participate in weekly client conference calls and management updates- Management of internal projects as requiredRequired: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university- Previous experience managing small to medium software development and implementation projects. (2-5 developers)- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills are a must as well as the ability to work at all levels of an organization.- Experience working with structured development and quality assurance processes- Experience with team building and mentoring- Solid knowledge of MS Office tools including MS ProjectPreferred: - Background in health care or pharmaceutical industry on regulated projects- Experience developing and documenting business requirements This is not a travel position, but occasional travel may be required.Located in Spring Mill Corporate Center Estenda Solutions offers a casual work environment with an excellent benefits package including medical and dental insurance, group life and long term disability, 401K, paid holidays and vacation, flex time, and much more…
