Planning & Design Director wanted by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group (NY, NY) Provide project-specific recommendations & advice to residential dvlprs & project teams regarding architectural prgrmg, planning & dsgn throughout all phases of dsgn/build/mktg/sales process in order to add value & improve mkt absorption. Must have MA deg w/ concentration in Architecture & 3 yrs On-site Construction &/or Project Mgmt exp. Exp must incl: excellent dsgn talent; ability to conceptualize, study & critique floor plans; urban planning skills; excellent written & editorial skills; polished presentation/public speaking skills. Must be proficient w/ MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, & AutoCAD. Occasional visits to architectural project sites which involve day trips w/in NYC area & infrequent nat'l/int'l travel will be reqd.
