Personal Assistant for Business Group

We are a group of small business owners who are looking for a part time assistant. We got together as a group so that we could offer more hours at a competitive rate. Each owner will guarantee a minimum of 10 hours per month (currently there are 4 of us, giving you 40 hours per month). We are starting at $15 per hour. Each business will have different needs, so we need a well-rounded, positive, self-motivated, organized and easy to get along with individual with a flexible schedule. We’ve included a list of possible duties to give you an idea of what we would ask of you.Duties may include:• Filing• Data Entry• Front Desk Reception• Writing emails or email templates• Social Media Management (Facebook updates, twitter, etc.)• Marketing Assistance• Customer Service Communication• HTML Editing (Dreamweaver or equivalent)• Working with WORD or EXCELL (or equivalent)• Google: Gmail, Google Drive etc.• Research (online shopping, or information gathering)this can include making phone calls• Running Errands (dropping off, picking up, shopping)Required Skills:• Basic HTML Editing, Dreamweaver (can be trained)• Familiarity with Social Media and Online Networking• Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator• Bell well organized and task oriented. • Communication – positive and friendly• Valid Driver’s License and working vehicle.Please contact Sam Johnson with a copy of your resume for an interview; include some information about your current work situation and future work goals.
