Zephyr Partners LLC is currently recruiting Customer Service Call Center Agents for Inbound Hotel Reservations and PBX calls for our Las Vegas Contact Center. You will work as part of a team that provides prompt and efficient customer support in a professional manner, including answering incoming calls, meeting defined metrics and documenting details of the service they provide.Position Responsibilities:• Ability to quickly and accurately receive incoming telephone calls. • Phone voice is friendly, language is professional and accurate information is given to employees and guests. • Calls are transferred in a timely manner and to the correct extension and in accordance with the property and policies and procedures. • Answer all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner in accordance with property and policies and procedures. • Potential to work from home.Key Responsibilities:• Respond to all contacts (telephone calls, emails, texts, web chats (Skype), inquiries and requests) in a professional manner.• Research required information using available resources.• Resolve customer concerns.• Provide customers with product and service information.• Identify and escalate priority issues.• Route calls to appropriate contacts.• Obtain customer information.• Provide accurate Wake-Up service.• Enter and Retrieve voice mail and text messages.• Advise guests and employees on proper dialing procedures.• Knowledge of all Emergency ProceduresQualified Candidates will have:• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.• Customer service experience.• Speed, accuracy, and thoroughness• Prior call center experience preferred. • Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task.• Foster a positive work environment.• Maintain professional attitude and demeanor in any situation.
