Description:
The HR Payroll Manager is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of payroll, including the HR organization.This position is responsible for process ownership including leading the planning, development, implementation and administration for Payroll and Timekeeping. This role requires significant interactions with HR Business Partners, senior business leaders, external vendors and various other internal stakeholders both locally and globally to understand stakeholder needs, optimize processes, align and harmonize system requirements and processes and drive required change management.Additional assignments include a developing and implementing strategies for given processes, advising company management in HR policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions; contributing and achieving results through the management of supervisors and/or subordinates, and establishing and managing the department's budget and all assigned resources.Requirements include:- 5+ years' background in payroll preferably on an enterprise or HRsystems- Prior leadership background with direct people leadership responsibility- Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and building partnershipsmanaging stakeholders at all levels within an organization- Demonstrated expertise in prioritizing multiple projects- Knowledge of related federal / state / local laws and regulations- Strong negotiation skillsPreferred:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources or related position- Certified Payroll Professional strongly preferred with SAP background- Background working in a global environment- Able to identify and troubleshoot problems and create methodology tofix the problems efficiently and while under pressure.- Background servicing multiple sites in shared service environmentSkills and Certifications (bold if required)SAP PayrollCPP preferredQualified Candidates send resume to (click to respond)Listing originally posted at http://www.jobvertise.com/job?jobid=9883676&referer=oodle
