Part Time Human Resources & Database Associate, Thomas & Associates, Inc.With offices in New York City and Chicago, Thomas & Associates, Inc., is an innovative firm that offers staffing, consulting, and professional development workshops for museums, galleries, auction houses, and arts & culture businesses nationwide and internationally.We are currently seeking a Part-Time Human Resources & Database Associate to work in our New York City offices. The successful candidate will assist in all forms of business-getting and outreach with an emphasis on social media networks, including LinkedIn, Facebook and other professional platforms to assist in sourcing high quality candidates for positions with major art galleries, museums, auction houses and arts & culture businesses and organizations; assist with all related data entry and database updates, reviews and incorporation of new systems; participate in weekly client update sessions; assist with phones, correspondence and scheduling; other duties as necessary. BA in Art History or equivalent, at least two years' experience at an art carousel, auction house or arts business and excellent database, communications and social media skills required: the ability to multitask and provide excellent client relations support is essential. Some prior HR experience at and languages a plus. An excellent opportunity to gain experience with the leading international firm in arts & culture recruitment; growth potential for the right candidate.
