Directly supervise approx twenty unionized shift employees in the daily production of the Woodmill, Kraft Pulp and Recycle operation of a large pulp and paper mill. Plans and controls production performance against operating targets. Provide strong leadership and teamwork to make a quality product while ensuring a safe and efficient operation.
