THE POSITION As a member of the leadership team, the successful candidate will lead a low volume manufacturing/assembly and test facility delivering engine package solutions that meet strategic customer requirements. Drives the long-range strategic planning process for operations by overseeing and managing manufacturing operations, order management, production scheduling, materials management, quality assurance, manufacturing engineering and delivery to ensure quality introduction and delivery of new products. Defines goals, resolves problems and works with Supply Chain and Quality Leaders to improve cost, quality and delivery. Develops an annual operating plant (AOP) as a result of driving the manufacturing strategy. Maintains safety and regulatory compliance relating to the production facility. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the facility.
