Seeking qualified self starting person and quick learner for ticket brokerage company in home office in Stratford for Admin, Business Development, Marketing, Errands, Bookkeeping, Filing, and General Office Duties. May also need some personal assistance with bill payments, filing, bookkeeping, organizing, shopping, light cleaning, appointments, etc. Also extra commission opportunities on occasion. May work from home on occasion also. May need some nights and weekends but most can be from home. Will probably start out as part time and increase to full time as the business is learned and expandsThe following skills are required. MS Office Good typing skills Reliability Accuracy Be able to convert existing financials in Excel over to a better system (Quickbooks, Quicken, etc) Quick learner AP/AR Knowledge of ebay (buying and selling) and Auctiva a plus. Social networking Quickly learn POS system and day to day responsibilities. Accounting and Tax Preperation helpfulMust be discreet with knowledge of personal and confidential information.
