The Real Estate Solutions Group is looking for an Office Manager to run our administrative side of our real estate team. We are a high volume (>$50 Million) , high energy and fun team.Duties:Intake New Team MembersAccountability / Management of subordinates who do the book keeping, marketing, runners, etc.Building of New Business Systems and ProcessesAccuracy in all thingsThe closing processContact with vendorsKeeping team members up to date on filesQualities we are looking for:- Work effectively in high pressure, multi-task environment.- Can Build Systems and Tools- Can learn new things quickly.- Excellent professional communication.- Organizational and time management skills required.- Knowledge of business equipment and proficient in industry applications.- Real Estate contract experience required.
