DescriptionThis is light technical support customer service position in a call center environment. The position supports the high speed internet and digital voice products/services with an opportunity to sell. The intent is to trouble shoot the customer issue and provides a one call resolution in a timely manner. Successful candidates are high energy, team players, who demonstrate empathy, effective interpersonal skills together with strong technical skills. Must have ability to communicate/listen and trouble shoot/problem solve light technical issues in an easy to understand manner. Applicant need not have IT certifications or previous technical support. Applicants with knowledge, experience and comfortable working with computers highly preferred. Hours:You MUST be available for ANY shift beginning as early as 6 am to as late as midnight and available to work weekends. Requirements: Must have at least 2 years of customer service.
