Description:

BEMA Information Technologies is a highly recognized provider of IT services to churches, ministries, schools as well as small to medium sized organizations throughout the Greater Houston area. We are seeking a team-oriented engineer who is able to brainstorm solutions, follow best practices, communicate technical items to non-technical decision makers, and implement sound solutions. We hire team members who have a passion for the church/ministry and technology. We look for people who are servants and will go the extra mile for our clients as well as for our other team members.We do our best to assign clients in the same area of the city to keep travel to a minimum. As an engineer consultant, you will be the IT Manager for that client. You will learn exponentially as you care for multiple environments. Because we take a proactive approach, working after hours is seldom. Our engineers have quality family lives outside of work.Desired Skills & Experiences• Significant network administration experience with Windows 2008 Server R2, Active Directory, Windows 7• Significant administrative knowledge of firewalls, routers, switches• Significant computer and network troubleshooting skills• Microsoft Exchange, both local and hostedPersonal Skills & Requirements• Excellent customer communication skills• Well organized with the ability to multitask is a must• Able to lift 50 pounds (or PC, monitor, printer)Working ConditionsMonday-Friday 8AM-5PM, business hours may vary slightly according to the client's work scheduleAvailable to come in early or stay late as requiredAble to travel locally in greater Houston areaFor complete details of open positions and requirements, see the Careers section of our website by going to http://www.bemaservices.com/about-bema/careers/
