Request additional info and/or documentation from Correspondents as needed. 5%8. Assist other Department personnel in interpreting underwriting changes and distributing details to Correspondents. 5%9. Other duties as assigned.Required Skills and Competencies:1. Min 5 years experience in mortgage loan production, processing, closing or loan review2. High school graduate, some business school and prior work experience or equivalent education and related training3. Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally4. Proven ability to make accurate decisions within acceptable timeframes5. Solid working knowledge of FHLMC/FNMA, FHA, and VA guidelines6. Proficient problem-solving abilityDesired Skills:1.
