Submit Resume in person: Fitness Factory, 6642-B State Highway 59 South, Gulf Shores, AL Mon-Fri 8a-1p or 2p-6p The job of Fitness Factory Member Service Director is to ensure that our members receive exceptional service from a happy, friendly staff in a clean and well-maintained facility. Provide excellent customer service and update member’s account information using various computer applications. Must be Fitness-minded, assertive and enthusiastic. Excellent Social Networking Skills is a MUST (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) Operations Manager resolve all membership issues, update past due accounts, manage supplies, and uphold company standards.Responsibilities include consistent improvement of gym sales and operations through effective planning, implementation, and determining how to best maximize profits, contain costs, and hold gym employees accountable. Member Service Director will actively pursue enrollment of new members through self-generated and Company-sponsored programs, promotions and referrals. This includes calling on new businesses for corporate accounts, obtain leads from existing members, give gym tours and membership presentations, utilize computer programs to track appointments and sales.
