ORGANIZATION TYPE: Trade Association LOCATION: Reston, Va. POSITION TITLE: Member Education Associate SALARY: $50k/year POSITION OVERVIEW: This position will serve as primary contact for the organization's educational program. This includes tracking certifications, re-certifications, handling member training sessions in-house. Also, this candidate will be responsible for maintaining contact with partner schools, developing on-line learning and testing. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as primary contact for educational resources Track certifications and member progress in furthering education programs Develop e-learning initiatives Improve certification testing methods ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of professional experience in employee/workforce training Learning management systems experience required Experience working with Personify is preferred Association experience is preferred Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we regretfully can only respond to those candidates who best meet the requirements of a specific position or whose backgrounds are generally applicable to our client base.
