SI Real Estate, a full service real estate company in Tampa Bay, is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to enhance the client relation experience between SI Real Estate and our broad base of customers.Our Marketing and Client Relations Assistant will engage in the creation of real estate marketing campaigns, reinforce existing ads and company branding. There will also be a large emphasis on relationship building with our clients including investors and tenants along with day to day administrative duties.The ideal candidate would be someone who is genuinely interested in joining the SI Team of Professionals, experiencing personal growth, and upward mobility. He/She should be prepared to work approximately 30-35 hours (Flexible). We are located in close proximity to the area of I-275 and Fletcher Avenue.Job Requirements Include: Computer and internet proficiency, including strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Tech savvy individual who has experience with social media sites and blogging platforms, HTML basic knowledge very helpful, Strong organizational, creativity and time management skills, Ability to work both independently, and as a team player, and with A+ attitude, Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and readily adapt to changing priorities, Outstanding judgment, exceptional discretion and unwavering integrity, Excellent written and oral communication skills with all clients and Realtors with utmost professionalism and confidentiality, Open or flexible schedule necessary, Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, some QuickBooks experience helpful, Understanding of real estate trends and industry terminology helpful, yet not essential.Job Responsibilities Include: Implementing marketing campaigns and business strategies aligned with company objectives, Employ social media tactics to increase company awareness on a local, national and international level while attracting potential clients and business partners, Help in property management which includes intake and payment of landlord and tenant monthly rents, Interacting with tenants and landlords as needed for regular contact and maintenance issues, Basic book keeping, Assist in day-to-day administrative duties as needed, Assist in lead intake and the documentation of prospect needs and managing contact and information database for internal use.
