Able to diagnose, present to owner, acquire parts, fix, and invoice.*******Customer satisfaction is number one priority.********Full-time Technician - Will not train, prior experience a must.Flexible pay and hours.Position specs:Able to diagnose and repair diesel and gas engines, propulsion, generators, industrial equipment.Hydraulics, Water & amp; Trash pumps DC & AC Voltage diagnostic and repair skills, generators stationary & marine, Battery charging equipment.Computer skills required both in office, word processing, accounting, internet, and in field for Electronic Controlled EnginesSelf starter, Have own tools. Must be reliable.What is Prior Experience for Mechanics?First off, we're not saying you have to be a mechanical genius who is factory trained and certified.(Though it doesn't hurt...) But, you have to have more experience than working on your old car or bike.Prior experience is basically just have worked on small engines successfully and having someway to prove it.Whether it be tech school, marine repair facility, etc...Prefer Marine Mechanical experience, need to know way around boats.We expect you to be able to make money for us.Assuming you have prior experience, have been working long enough for us, have potential to grow your skills, and you intend to continue working for us, we do send our technicians to factory update and training schools.At the moment this position is not full time, it is possible to become full time.Administrative * Organizational * Supervisory Skills RequiredDRUG FREE WORK PLACEPre employment drug test and criminal back ground check required.
