Maintenance Supervisor – Minerva, OhioKey Elements of the Position:•Oversee, implement, and monitor all methods and procedures of environmental quality assurance.•Oversee, supervise, and monitor all predictive, preventative and routine maintenance activities in support of production.•Oversee, supervise, and monitor all day to day facilities maintenance activities.•Build strong relationships with the hourly associates to enhance team building and associate involvement activities. •Accurate reporting of all maintenance activities in Maximo for analysis Position Requirements: •Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent education and experience is required. •Two to five years maintenance experience in a machining environment, including 2-axis and 4-axis turning centers and other machining and axcillary equipment.•Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, machine controllers including PLC’s and ladder logic.•Strong communication skills – ability to develop a strong working relationship with a diverse unionized workforce within multiple departments.•Self motivated and results driven – acts with a strong sense of urgency.•Capable of handling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct guidance and supervision.•Strong organizational and analytical skills required.•Strong computer skills.
