A solid, fast growing midsized company which incorporates the best of both worlds, security with room to grow.LOCATION: Branchburg, NJDESCRIPTION: The Coordinator, TLS is responsible for maintaining the OLAD contents such as the monthly newsletter, training calendar, announcements, etc on the Company iHub site. He/she will also be responsible for scheduling courses, creating scheduled offerings in elm, processing enrollments and waitlists, recording learning, and administering other LMS functions as needed. The Coordinator will be the lead administrator for all OLAD Collabsites and will be responsible for providing support to OLAD staff in creating, maintaining, and closing of Collabsites in accordance and compliance with applicable policies and guidelines. The Coordinator will work closely with the GXP, Quality, Technical, Contractor Training, and E-learning teams of OLAD to support the training program and project development efforts and to maintain the OLAD resource allocation in these programs and projects.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Communicate the training events with the Company employees by using SharePoint technology to publish newsletters, training calendars, announcements, and to manage all internal and external info flow related to these training events.2. Maintain and Coordinate the OLAD resource to meet the training needs for OLAD trainers by creating and updating the monthly training calendars.3. Perform the elm administrative functions to support OLAD training events, including processing enrollments and waitlists, creating/ maintaining scheduled offerings, and performing the “record learning” functions, and other LMS administration functions as needed.4. Monitor and handle client communication to the OLAD Hotline and training email box5.
