We are looking for someone who is passionate about continuous improvement and lean operations for this pivotal position. In this role, you will function as an internal consultant, deploying a variety of tools, processes and concepts that improve business performance. Further, you will provide leadership and technical ability as you engage in activities that train our organization and influence conceptual methodology. Your great communication and ability to facilitate change will effectively provide mentorship to multiple parts of our team. Responsibilities: Apply broad knowledge and background working on complex projects across the company that vary in use of continuous improvement tools Participate in the development of policy deployment objectives Provide advice and consultation to all levels of management concerning continuous improvement Provide leadership in determining continuous improvement projects and priorities worldwide Lead continuous improvement efforts primarily at the 2nd level of policy deployment Assure accurate records are established and maintained Communicate progress of continuous improvement efforts Administer 6 sigma and continuous improvement training Mentor candidates for certification in continuous improvement tools including 6 sigma Lead and coach complex kaizen events and variation reduction projects Position will involve up to 25% travel.Listing originally posted at http://www.jobspider.com/job/view-job-3078159.html
