We are working directly with the hiring manager responsible for this position!**** **** **** ****--- Must have a very strong temperament! This is an extremely challenging environment!**** **** **** ****--- Must Have a passion for MATH / word problems and PUZZLES! **** **** **** ****REQUIRED-- 3-5 yrs BA experience.-- Understanding of data / data fields.-- Strong math skills. Ability to work with complex equations.-- Mid-level SQL knowledge.-- Ability to interpret and communicate technical terminology to various business areas.-- Mid-level Project Management experience.-- Excellent organizational skills.-- Capable of working independently as a self-starter. -- Ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams. ROLE-- Evaluate business problems to determine the real intended needs / result.-- Utilize a variety of problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to determine the best approach to obtain answers.-- Perform SME interviews, documentation review, workflow diagrams and code diving.-- Create clear requirements documents for the development team (also used for development documentation and testing).-- Work independently without daily instruction. -- Manage and define project schedules / scope / risk in synergy with IT proj leaders.
