Qualitek Services has an immediate 6 mnths+ contract opening for an Junior Financial Analyst in Orlando, Florida. NECESSARY SKILLS **** Must be a US Citizen **** ****There is NO relocation benefits available for this position****** **** Potential to convert into a Direct Hire position **** **** Must eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance (DoD Secret) **** Applicant must have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 yrs of previous financial work background. Equivalent additional background (an additional 5 yrs) may be considered in lieu of a degree. Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within Finance. Knowledge of fundamental financial principles and practices and knowledge of FAR. Degreed or equivalent years of background in Government Contracting Background in Earned Value Management (EVMS). Proficient with Microsoft office suite systems, with a proficiency in Microsoft excel and MPM must have recent background within six months to one year of dedicated background with government financial analysis including (job responsibilities must be included): EVMS (Earned Value Management Systems) Government Contracts / Proposals FAR/ DFAR- must have background with annual reporting Background with Costpoint/Deltek preferred background with SAP (SAP background can substitute Costpoint/Deltek background). RESPONSIBILITIES: Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial info has been recorded accurately. Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation. Understanding of integration of cost schedule and performance. Budget, monitor, analyze and project Overhead expense activity. Determine and implement solutions to issues relating to overhead expense and reporting. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for all levels of management.
